Life is short, and I want to have smile wrinkles. —
A man I met who worked in a mini mart across from Disneyland.
I’ll keep that with me forever.
So, today in Biology, we were discussing the top 10 deadliest viruses. #2 was HIV.
In this discussion someone mentioned that Freddie Mercury died of AIDS shortly after coming out to the public. This was met with laughter. LAUGHTER.
It’s as if my biology class found some sort of sick irony in a person DYING OF A DISEASE. Is that what we do when someone’s life is taken away from them by a horrible, horrible virus? Laugh at them as if they deserved it?
Not that it comes as a complete surprise, but you should know there are still people in this world who believe that a gay person dying of AIDS is funny/ironic.
JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS.
My life, literally.

Pretty darn excited to join the Spotify Campus Influencer Program. Going to be spreading the company name and learn some valuable marketing tips in the process. Ready to work with my fellow students and professional peeps. Let’s get cracking!
Seussical Jr. closes today. I had a great time creating the overture projection the production. The show turned out really well and the kids did an awesome job with this material. Great job cast and crew!
